1.Failed Deliveries
In the event that a payment is made and, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the product or service to the specified location, we will immediately issue a full refund. The refunded amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
2. Returns Within Cyprus Only
For orders delivered within Cyprus, we accept returns of items that are brand new and unused, provided the return is initiated within 10 working days from the date of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
