We take great care in packing your barbecue to ensure it arrives safely. Each unit is securely packed into a custom-sized kraft box with added internal protection to prevent any damage during transit. Shipments are dispatched to the courier every Thursday and Friday. For heavier models, your order may arrive in two separate boxes to ensure safe handling.
While Foukoues is located in Cyprus, many of our products are available for shipping across Europe. Product availability will be decided by your IP address, letting our users purchase only the products that can be shipped.
1. Shipping Areas & Availability
We currently ship to all of Europe, separated into two zones:
Zone 1: Most EU countries (Greece, Germany, France, Italy, etc.)
Zone 2: Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican
Note: We do not currently ship outside of Europe via standard checkout. However, for international orders, please contact us directly as shipping rates are unstable and vary by country.
2. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are based on order weight and destination.
Sample Pricing (Zone 1 – EU Countries):
Up to 1 kg – €26.00
Up to 5 kg – €55.00
Up to 10 kg – €77.00
Up to 20 kg – €122.00
Zone 2 pricing is slightly higher.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping for Europe: 7–14 business days

Failed Deliveries
In the event that a payment is made and, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the product or service to the specified location, we will immediately issue a full refund. The refunded amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
